Hawkesbury Community Health Centre provides a range of services for local children, young people and their families, adults, older people and their carers.
About our services
Our services range from health promotion, through prevention and early detection to assessment, treatment and continuing care.
They include:
- Aboriginal health support
- Allied health (paediatrics) including dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, podiatry and speech pathology
- Allied health (adults) including outpatient physiotherapy and podiatry
- Child and family health services such as developmental checks, feeding clinic, and early childhood clinic
- Community nursing such as dressing and catheter clinic, chronic disease management, palliative care
- Counselling including child and adolescent, adult, and drug and alcohol services
- Midwifery @ home
Community health staff work in partnership with schools, GPs, hospitals, non-government agencies and other organisations to provide care at the centre, in people’s homes and other community venues.
Who can use our services
Our service is available to people who live in the Nepean Blue Mountains LHD.
Some services are available to those who work or attend pre-school in the Nepean Blue Mountains LHD.
Our counselling services are available to people of all ages.
Child and family nursing services are available for children aged 0 to 5 years.

This facility has some onsite parking, level access and accessible toilets.
Smoke-free policy
All our hospitals and locations are smoke-free. Smoking anywhere on the grounds may result in a $300 fine. View our policy.
