Aboriginal Strategic Development Officer, Barbie Fusitu'a has been recognised for her exceptional compassionate and professional service and support.
Chief Executive at Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District prides Barbie on embodying the CORE values and going above and beyond in the growth and development of the Aboriginal workforce in NSW Health.

She has been praised for her ability to think beyond our standard health system to improve and advocate for culturally appropriate health care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and communities, while improving our systems and workforce making her an invaluable leader at Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District.
