Financial incentives
  • Up to $5,000 or up to $20,000 sign on bonus and an annual $10,000 each year (dependent on position and location).
  • Salary packaging – up to $9000 for living expenses; $2600 meal and entertainment; $9000 remote area housing and novated leasing.

How we support new starters

We're committed to providing our new team members with a comprehensive onboarding program to assist you with settling into your new role and learning about our organisation.

Your first week

  • Settle into your work environment, complete training and have regular discussions with your manager and let them know how you are tracking.
  • Your manager, workforce services and other support people will be there to assist and you will be given peer support with a colleague if required.

Your first three months

  • Work through our induction checklist.
  • Take part in our structured performance development program to assist you to set your direction, further understand the position requirements and design your development goals.
