Section 29 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020
(Hing Lung Pty Ltd) (ACN 001 552 496) (the Developer) is issued with this Stop Work Order (this Order) in relation to a residential apartment building located at 22 Frenchs Forest Road East, Frenchs Forest NSW 2086 (Lot 86 / DP20077) (the Development).
The Developer is required to ensure all work on the site stops effective from the day this order is given to the Developer.
Please read the Stop Work Order carefully and comply with the conditions.
Failure to comply with this Order is an offence and may result in criminal proceedings.
