AHAA Investments Australia PTY LTD (ACN 642 141 222) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 122-124 Erina Street Gosford and 138-142 Henry Parry Drive Gosford (Land title 5/19484, 4/19484, 2/19484, 3/19484 and 1/550047) (the Development). AHAA Investments Australia PTY LTD (ACN 642 141 222) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects
as set out below in this Order. Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
