PSR Crown Investment Pty Ltd (ACN 162 526 712) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 47-51 Crown Street, Wollongong NSW 2500 (SP 89687)

PSR Crown Investment Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
