Issued under Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020.

Ultra Building Co Pty Ltd (ACN 609 453 876) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 551-557 Darling Street, Rozelle, NSW 2039 (SP95164).

Ultra Building Co Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
