Building Work Rectification Order for The Trustee for Caringbah Capital Trust

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

The Trustee for Caringbah Capital Trust (ABN 60315499808) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 17-19 Hinkler Avenue Caringbah NSW 2229 (the Development).

The Trustee for Caringbah Capital Trust (ABN 60315499808) is required to cause building work to be carried out or take other specified action to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
