Building Work Rectification Order for South Summit Group Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

South Summit Group Pty Ltd (ACN 166 478 431) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 7 Aird Street Parramatta NSW 2150 (SP94800).

South Summit Group Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
