Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Shoreline Organisation Pty Ltd (ACN 142 320 661) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 27-29 Burwood Road, Burwood NSW 2134 (SP 97169) (the Development).

Shoreline Organisation Pty Ltd (ACN 142 320 661) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
