Prestige Building Constructions Pty Ltd (ACN 128 605 907) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 35-39 Balmoral Street, Waitara NSW 2077 (SP95301) (the Development).

Prestige Building Constructions Pty Ltd (ACN 128 605 907) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
