K.R. Holdings (Sylvania) Pty Limited (ACN 608911208) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 1-5 Urunga Parade, Miranda (Lot 14,16,18/DP26174) & (Lot A & B/ DP 402281) the Development).
K.R. Holdings (Sylvania) Pty Limited (ACN 608911208) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
