Jin Guang Yuan (Australia) Pty Ltd (ACN 166 657 594 ) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation 44 Manning Street, Kiama NSW 2533 (SP102076).

Jin Guang Yuan (Australia) Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order.
