Divine Designer Homes Pty Limited (ACN 079 010 629) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 10 Magnus Street, Nelson Bay NSW 2315 (Lot 0 SP 30073) (the Development).

Divine Designer Homes Pty Limited (ACN 079 010 629) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
