Divine Designer Homes Pty Limited (ACN 079 010 629) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 10 Thurlow Avenue, Nelson Bay NSW 2315 (Lot 6, Section 1, DP8391) (the Development).
Divine Designer Homes Pty Limited (ACN 079 010 629) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
