Building Work Rectification Order for Belair Projects Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Belair Projects Pty Ltd (ACN 166 796 523) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 2-8 Belair Close, Hornsby NSW 2077 (SP92638).

Belair Projects Pty Ltd is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
