Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd (ACN 628528843) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 46 and 48 Holden Street Gosford NSW 2250 (Lot 5 & 6 DP 758466) (the Development).
Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd (ACN 628528843) is required to cause building work to be carried out to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.
Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
