Building Work Rectification Order for Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd

Section 33 of the Residential Apartment Buildings (Compliance and Enforcement Powers) Act 2020

Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd (ACN 628 528 843) is being given this Building Work Rectification Order (Order) in relation to 46-48 Holden St Gosford 2250 (Lot 5 & 6 DP 758466) (the Development).

Akkari Constructions and Management Pty Ltd (ACN 628 528 843) is required to cause building work to be carried out or take other specified action to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order. 

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
