Building Commission NSW Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice details how Building Commission NSW, as part of the Department of Customer Service (DCS), collect, use and store your information and the processes we use to protect your privacy. 
Building Commission NSW, as part of DCS, works to protect and secure your information in accordance with our legal requirements under the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and Health Records and Information Privacy Act 2002 (NSW). 

You have the right to know the information that we collect about you, the purpose for which the information is collected, how the information is used and to whom, if anyone, the information is disclosed.
