It is your time to shine at the 2025 Premier's Gala Concerts! The concerts are our thanks to seniors for contributing to NSW.

When: 12 and 13 March 2025
Time: 11:00am and 2:45pm
Where: ICC Sydney Theatre, Darling Harbour

Concert tickets will be available from Tuesday 4 February at 9:00am. Stay tuned!

2025 Event Information

The Premier’s Gala Concerts showcase some of Australia’s greatest entertainers to celebrate NSW seniors. The 2025 Premier’s Gala Concerts are bringing the stars to the stage, and you won’t want to miss it!

The NSW Department of Communities and Justice presents the Premier's Gala Concerts to thank NSW seniors for their valued and ongoing contributions to their families and communities.

Rob Mills

 Rob Mills, a much-loved performer, has built an impressive career over the past 20 years, evolving from a footy-playing, pub-singing tradie from Melbourne's south-east suburbs into an accomplished actor, presenter, and author. With celebrated roles in iconic musicals such as Wicked, Hairspray, GHOST, Jesus Christ Superstar, Grease, and & Juliet (2023/24), Mills has solidified his place in the Australian theatre scene. 

His versatility extends to television, where he has appeared in Neighbours, Winners and Losers, and the Peter Allen telemovie, as well as participated in Dancing With The Stars, The Masked Singer, and Carols by Candlelight. He’s also a familiar face on Network Ten’s Melbourne Cup Carnival coverage and has presented travel stories on Nine’s Postcards.

Known for his down-to-earth charm and banter, Mills first rose to “fame” on Australian Idol in 2003. He is also a passionate advocate for mental health, exploring modern manhood in his debut book, Putting On A Show - Manhood, Mates and Mental Health, published by Affirm Press. 

As the youngest of three brothers, Mills has always had a love for storytelling and camaraderie, alongside a deep affection for his family. His career continues to thrive across screen, stage, and in his written work, making him one of Australia's most beloved and multi-faceted public figures.

Todd McKenney 

Todd McKenney is one of Australia’s most accomplished and versatile performing artists, with a career spanning over 30 years on stage and screen. A critically acclaimed actor and musical theatre star, McKenney has captivated audiences in lead roles across numerous productions, cementing his place as a household name. His most iconic performance was as Peter Allen in The Boy from Oz, where he performed over 1000 shows, making it one of Australia's longest running and most successful musicals. 

McKenney’s extensive stage credits also include standout roles in Cats, 42nd Street, West Side Story, Priscilla Queen of the Desert, and The Rocky Horror Show, among many others. Most recently, he starred in Cinderella The Musical and is currently playing the Wizard in Wicked.

In addition to his theatre career, McKenney has made a mark on Australian television, starring in the acclaimed ABC series Significant Others and appearing on shows like Winners and Losers and Ladies in Black. He has also hosted major network productions, including The Full Monty and The Real Dirty Dancing

McKenney’s charm and expertise have led him to serve as a judge on Dancing With The Stars and as a guest judge on Australia’s Got Talent. His career continues to thrive across multiple platforms, proving him to be one of the nation’s most beloved and dynamic performers.

Prinnie Stevens

Prinnie Stevens is one of Australia’s most dynamic and sought-after performers, known for her impressive talents as a singer, dancer, songwriter, and presenter. She first captured attention at just 17, starring in the Australian premiere of Rent: The Musical. Her breakthrough came with her Helpmann Award-nominated role in Oh, What A Night!, which led to a move to New York, where she fronted an all-girl group for Sony Music. During her time in New York, Prinnie had the incredible opportunity to perform alongside legends like Patti LaBelle, Chaka Khan, Mary J. Blige, and John Legend. However, despite her international success, Australia remained her true home and she returned to pursue new challenges, including auditioning for The Voice, where she placed in the top 4 on Team Joel.

Since her time on The Voice, Prinnie has enjoyed a career full of highlights, including joining the cast of Celebrity Apprentice in 2013 and becoming the CoHost of The Voice Kids: Season 1. She made a triumphant return to musical theatre with her Westend Debut in Thriller: LIVE, where her portrayal of Michael Jackson earned rave reviews. After touring Australia, New Zealand, and Malaysia, she returned to the stage in Bonnie Lythgoe's production of Aladdin at the State Theatre. Known for her powerhouse performances, Prinnie remains one of Australia's most exciting triple-threat talents, with a bright future ahead of her in both music and theatre.

Tarryn Stokes 

Powerhouse singer Tarryn Stokes captured the nation’s heart as the winner of The Voice 2023. Raised in a musical family in Melbourne's North Eastern suburbs, Tarryn’s passion for singing blossomed early, performing in talent shows and community events. Her incredible vocal talent led her to become a sought-after backing vocalist for Australian stars such as Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy, and Delta Goodrem. 

After years of performing in cover bands and as a solo artist, Tarryn’s breakthrough came when she auditioned for The Voice 2023, delivering a stunning rendition of Sara Bareilles’ "She Used to be Mine" that left both judges and audiences captivated. Over the course of the competition, Tarryn showcased her vocal versatility, delivering powerful performances of songs from Abba to Demi Lovato, culminating in a breathtaking finale.

Behind the scenes, Tarryn’s journey was not without personal challenges, balancing her growing music career with family life. A devoted mother to two young children, Tarryn found strength in her family’s support, especially from her husband, a musician who understood the demands of her career. Her win on The Voice marked the beginning of an exciting new chapter, with a recording contract, a dedicated team, and plans for new music on the horizon. 

Tarryn is preparing to release her version of “Silent Night” for the festive season and is already working on her 2025 music plans. With dreams of writing lullabies and continuing her music career while balancing motherhood, Tarryn is poised to inspire others to chase their dreams at any stage of life.
