About the NSW Youth Summit 2026

The NSW Youth Summit 2026 is a free, one-day event that brings your bright, bold ideas directly to NSW Government decision-makers, services and community organisations. 

You’ll hear from inspiring speakers, take part in hands-on sessions, and learn about what the NSW Government is doing to make life better for young people.

The Youth Summit is welcoming, interactive and led by young people who are passionate about community, climate, education, mental health and other policy areas.

  • Date: Tuesday, 1 December 2026
  • Time: 8.30am–5pm
  • Location: Liverpool, NSW 2170
  • Cost: free, application required and food and refreshments provided

NSW Youth Summit 2026

No more guessing. We're asking you.

How do we make New South Wales a better place for young people?

The NSW Youth Summit is back in 2026, and this is your opportunity to speak up and shape what's next for young people in NSW.

This youth-led, one-day, free event in Liverpool is all about bringing bright, bold ideas from young people directly to NSW ministers and decision-makers. 

Since the last Youth Summit, we've shaped a plan reflecting what young people told us matters to them.

Join us at the upcoming NSW Youth Summit and hear about what's a priority for children and young people in NSW and work with us on solutions to these priorities.

Big conversations, real action, real impact. The Youth Summit will be led by young people from MC to panel discussions, young people are at the centre of the 2026 Youth Summit.

Everyone belongs. We're building a safe, inclusive and friendly space for everyone to share their ideas, learn something new, and have a good time.

There will be panel discussions, food trucks, live music  and an expo with practical information on work rights, renting, money and voting.
