Service NSW Business Connect can support your business every step of the way.

You can get free, tailored advice in one-on-one sessions on topics such as business planning, marketing and cash flow from independent advisors who have experience running their own business and qualifications in a business-related discipline.

You can also access online resources at any time and attend in-person and online events for practical tips.

Services are available across NSW, provided by approved independent organisations. Businesses in all industries can access up to 8 hours of support each financial year, subject to availability.

How it works

Business Connect support is available and free for eligible small businesses and individuals considering starting a new business in NSW. Watch this one-minute video to learn how to access the program.

Service NSW Business Connect provides small businesses with free, tailored business advice from independent advisors in one-on-one sessions.

You can gain practical insights and develop business skills by attending events and accessing online resources on a range of topics.

Visit the Service NSW website and search ‘Book an advisor’ to browse advisor profiles.

You can also see a range of business events, with options to search by topic, date or location.

When you’re ready to request a booking with an advisor or to register for events, log in to your Service NSW Business Profile.

If you don’t have one, you can easily set up one up through your MyServiceNSW account.

Your Business Profile dashboard keeps track of all your bookings, helping you stay updated on what’s coming up.
