The master plan has been developed to promote opportunities for the Richmond Valley Regional Job Precinct, with a focus on growth in agribusiness, manufacturing, circular economy, and renewable energy.

The master plan leverages the opportunities associated with the expanded NEXUS Industrial Precinct as well as the established infrastructure and existing industries in the region.
