Industry advice to Government

Established in March 2021, the Property Services Expert Panel brings together representatives from across the sector to provide advice and recommendations to the NSW Government.
It will also support the roll-out of some significant reforms, including property and tenancy law reform, agent qualifications and professional development requirements.
The Property Services Commissioner will work closely with the panel to strengthen its advice to Government.
