Last year, we heard directly from our patients as part of our ‘Voices That Matter’ campaign. By listening to our patients, we are making improvements which transform their lives through high quality healthcare.
This video is part of our overall commitment to making the voices of our patients, families and carers heard, guided by our Strategic Outcome 1: Patients, carers and families have positive experiences and outcomes that matter.
For the first time, we got to hear what our patients have to say on a variety of topics, such as what they think makes a great nurse, the biggest health challenges they face in custody, what they would say to someone joining Justice Health NSW, how staff have helped them, and the importance of Justice Health NSW.
