Program objective
The Grant aims to:
- Create safer, more welcoming and vibrant transport hub precincts.
- Ensure seamless connectivity for first and last-mile journeys.
- Activate public transport hub precincts.
Through the delivery of place-based improvements the Grant will support the development of vibrant, activated transport hub precincts and contribute to more accessible, safe, enjoyable journeys and a more walkable and vibrant NSW.
The Grant objectives are to:
- Increase the use of public transport.
- Improve amenity, experience and usage at transport hub precincts.
- Encourage attachment to place.
- Enhance community identity.
- Increase perceptions of safety.
This program is administered by Cities and Active Transport.
This program is funded by Transport for NSW.
