About our unique Registry weddings
The Pyrmont Registry hosts one-off themed wedding ceremonies on special days, such as VIVID Sydney, Lucky Day 8/8 and Halloween – as well as our Classic, Premium, and Legal-only ceremonies.
Our unique Registry wedding ceremonies will be held in one of our private Terrumi rooms. These light-filled modern spaces are perfect for celebrating your memorable day with up to 30 guests.
What’s included
All packages include:
- a celebrant
- capacity for up to 30 people
- unique special event styling or activations
- Terrumi Room as your ceremony venue
- a standard marriage certificate
- a commemorative marriage certificate
- the fee to lodge your Notice of Intended Marriage.
Optional extras
Make the day even more special by adding:
- Flowers: beautiful matching bouquets and buttonholes to complement the floral décor.
- Photography: a one-hour professional photography package to capture your ceremony as well as group or couple portraits to memorialise the day.

VIVID Sydney
In a Registry first, we’re teaming up with VIVID Sydney to host a truly unforgettable wedding ceremony.
Be part of the highly anticipated annual event that turns the Sydney CBD into a visual wonderland and outdoor gallery of light installations and projections spanning Darling Harbour to the Sydney Opera House and surrounds.
This year’s theme of VIVID Sydney is Dream and will add some festive magic to your nuptials when, come night, the Registry transforms into a vibrant and romantic lightscape, making for a ceremony to remember.

Lucky Day 8/8
The number eight is considered lucky across many cultures, symbolising abundance and prosperity.
Enjoy double the luck on the 8/8 this year, and a fitting flourish of beautiful red floral styling setting the tone for this special occasion.

Our standard photography package includes:
- 1 x professional photographer for an hour
- on location photography session capturing your ceremony and either before or after your ceremony (timing to be advised closer to the date)
