PSR Crownview Investment Pty Ltd (ACN 601 764 578) (the Developer) is issued with this Stop Work Order (the Order) in relation to building work located at 373 Crown Street and 2 Parkinson Street, Wollongong NSW 2500 Lot 100 (DP 1214547) (the Development).
There is a stop work order expiring on 28 February 2025 on the Development. By operation of this stop work order, the Developer is required to ensure no work at the Development is undertaken and continues to be stopped on and from 28 February 2025.
