AVJennings SPV NO 19 Pty Ltd (ACN: 612 798 964) is required to cause building work to be carried out or take other specified action to remediate the serious and/or potential serious defects as set out below in this Order.

Failure to comply with the requirements in this Order is a criminal offence.
