We offer a range of mental health services to support people aged 18 to 65 years in the community impacted by a major mental illness.
About us
Our Windsor Community Mental Health team includes mental health clinicians and case managers from a range of professional backgrounds.
The assistance they provide will depend on a person’s mental health needs, goals and individual circumstances. It may include support with social and relationship skills, physical health, self-care management, housing, education and employment goals.
Our team can also work closely with a person’s family and their existing support networks.
Referral information
Referrals can be made via the 24-hour Mental Health Line on 1800 011 511.
Other mental health teams within or outside Nepean Blue Mountains can also refer people directly to the team.
When you contact our service, we will ask for information about you to better understand your situation and see what service is the most appropriate for your care needs.
